He pointed out that we should find more ways to overcome difficulties, and on the premise of ensuring the quality and safety of the project, we should go all out to speed up the progress and ensure the completion of this year's construction task on time.
At the subsequent symposium, Zhao Rulang, after listening to the report on the competition of the first quarter of the project, pointed out that since this year, the whole region has cooperated strongly, accelerated the start and ran hard, and many projects have made a good start. He stressed that the service level should be constantly improved, and the relevant departments should strengthen the organization and coordination of project construction, plan early, strictly implement, and strive to promote the commencement and production of a number of large projects and good projects. We should focus on key industrial projects, investment promotion projects, etc., sort out the bottleneck problems that restrict the project construction, strictly supervise and inspect, strengthen coordination and linkage, increase publicity and guidance, and ensure that the project construction is advanced to a high standard. We should pay more attention to the implementation of responsibilities. On the basis of summing up the work experience and lessons of last year, we should further optimize the various mechanisms of the project competition, improve the project implementation schedule, clarify the work nodes, decompose the responsibilities and tasks, and accumulate new momentum for development.
