Fabrication Facilities
Workshop
Our company has a heavy steel manufacturing facility located in Yangzhou City / CHINA, right next to the International Shanghai Port, on a total area of 45,500 m², of which 20,000 m² is a closed area. Our factory is right next to the railway and very close to the highway.
The Facility is equipped with full shot blast, post weld heat treatment, CNC flame cutting and laser cutting machines, plate rolling machine, sawing and drilling lines, automated plate girder manufacturing line and automated welding equipment, CNC horizontal drilling/milling machines. All those machines are capable to handle the materials/steel members up to 3 m. in width. Maximum lifting capacity of the facility for a unique part is 20 tons.
The Facility employs over 350 skilled and well trained direct and indirect personnel at full capacity. The Plant holds the same strict Quality and HSE requirements also for its own personnel, as well as subcontractors and third parties involved in its manufacturing activities.
The Facility has a spacious open Stock and Dispatch Yards equipped with gantry, tower and mobile cranes suitable to lift up to 100 tons. Incoming steel plates and profiles, pipes and fittings are handled and stored to be introduced to the pre–production shop for blasting, cutting, beveling/chamfering, shearing, drilling, sawing or other initial treatments.
Fabrication: It is made in accordance with international codes such as ASME, API, TEMA, AD-2000, BS and all kinds of carbon, stainless and special coated steels, including high-strength quenched steels, aluminum and titanium are successfully used.

Shot Blasting Capabilities:
Our steel plate shot blasting machine is one kind of roller conveyor shot blasting machines. It can remove all rust, corrosion and mill scale from steel plate and provides ideal surface finish (SA2.5) for securing a continuous and effective bond between the steel surface and coat.
Our shot blasting machine can blast up to a width of 3200 mm plates and up to DN 800 pipes can blast each plate every 7 minutes.
Painting Capabilities:
We are using airless paint pump for painting plates, piping, and accessories in a 5000 m2 closed and dust-free area with ventilation and heating system.
Heat Treatment Capabilities:
We put the prefabricated material into the diesel incinerator （the L*W*H is 5m*5m*20m） for about 2 hours thermal stress relief or other heat treatment process. Speciality strengthening tools will be used for the proteiform equipment and material to prevent deformation during heat treatment. Take the size of 3*15*0.04m steel plate as an example, the daily production capacity is about 30 tons
Packing & Transportation:
We have a set of rigorous logistics standard from packaging to transportation, as well as professional logistics directors to ensure all export products can go through long-distance transport and arrive safely without damage.
All products will be placed in specialized designed brackets, for example, the rolled plates will be placed comfortably as its curve radius for keeping final welding of tank in site. Once found unqualified packaging products, all the goods won’t be out of the port, until all of them conform to the packaging requirements.
We have fixed freight agent with years of cooperation, they give priority to our product transportation, and feedback logistics information at any time, also based on freight insurance, all products will be transported fast and safely.
Construction Capabilities:
Our experience in design, engineering, fabrication, construction and erection of product storage, cylindrical, floating & fixed roof above ground storage tanks, LPG and sphere tanks. Our turnkey aboveground storage tank solutions are compliant with all stringent requirements of API 620, API 650, API 653 and other recognized national and international codes.
We can provide tanks constructed from carbon steel and stainless steel. We also have the capability to offer specialty storage options such as hoppers, silos, and double wall tanks.
